I’m fairly overweight, is this program for me?

How intensive is the exercise program? Will I be able to keep up?
It will feel very intense in the beginning and as you get stronger, you will adjust. This is because we’re shocking your body, forcing it to use fat and engage muscles that haven’t been frequently stimulated in this manner. They’ve been dormant and we need to awaken them. Your mindset is your fuel. You will keep up if you shift your mindset to understanding that this is no longer a diet, but rather a lifestyle.
How can I experience results quickly?
